Hey everyone, last night we had a discussion about plannng a cabin trip. I need to see how many people are interested in going so that I can know how many rooms/cabins to get. That way I will be able to let everyone know how much the stay will cost. More than likely we will only need one cabin but if there is a lot of interest I would like to know, so that I can plan accordingly. Please let me know which dates will work best for you:
December 12-14 (If we go this weekend then the prices will be cheaper!
It is a little over a 100 difference!)
December 19-21
January 2-4
(I tried to ask about December 26-28 but they only have 2 bedroom cabins available due to the holidays)
Here is some information that I have so far:
Cabins:
2 bedroom (sleeps 4-6 if you count the pull out couch)
$430 for the weekend
Dec. 12-14: $300
3 bedroom (sleeps 6-8 if you count the pull out couch)
$450 for the weekend
Dec. 12-14: $310
Townhouses:
2 bedroom (sleeps about 6-8 people)
$490 for the weekend
Dec. 12-14: $350
3 bedroom (sleeps about 8-10 people)
$520 for the weekend
Dec. 12-14: $380
Both the cabins and townhouses have full kitchens and one full bath. The townhouses are two stories and the cabins are one story. Also, the above prices exclude taxes.

Please let me know if you are interested in going. The more people we have going, the cheaper it will be. It would be a fun time and a good opportunity to get some great pictures!

Thanks for the suggestions!
I updated it..so I am thinking if everyone is free and there are cabins/townhouses available then December 12-14 would be the best since it is cheaper?

What do you guys think? If we had 14 people going, it would be about 18 per night, without taxes...
Cory-thanks for helping w/deposit
