VA: 2002 WRX wagon, 30.5k miles!

I am leaving the country and am selling my wagon.

Here's the info:

2002 WRX Wagon 30,500 miles. I used to live in Hawaii, that’s why the mileage is so low.

Maintenance:
defective clutch replaced at 1200 miles, along with new flywheel. Running Mobil 1 since 1000 miles, switched to Redline at 12k. I did most of the oil/filter changes every 4000 miles. 30,000 mile service performed at 25k.

Engine:
De-snorkled with velocity stack inlet to Itg panel filter in stock airbox. Samco turbo inlet pipe and intercooler piping
Sti catless up-pipe with flex-joint
Scoobysport downpipe, stock midpipe with cat, Prodrive muffler with oval tip (kartboy urethane hangers)
Speedmonkee grounding kit
Optima yellow top battery
Ecutek remapped ecu, for above mods (by Rally Performance)

Suspension:
Sti wagon specific 4-way adjustable shocks/struts with matched lowering springs (not coilovers)
Sti hardened rubber top mounts
Sti titanium front strut tower brace
Sti aluminum rear strut tower brace
Spherical bushing front swaybar droplinks
Sti 21mm rear sway bar
Sti 6-piece lateral/trailing links set
Sti front control arm bushings
Dual camber bolts up front for adjustability/single in the rear

Brakes:
FHI 4-pot pistons up front with Ferodo DS2500 pads (less than 1500 miles)
DBA single piece vented/slotted rotors front and rear(can't remember actual model number)
Goodridge stainless brake lines
ATE Super Blue brake fluid

Rims/Tires
Subaru 5 spoke pressure cast 17x7 rims, champagne color, in excellent condition (minor surface wear, NO curb rash) with Bridgestone SO-3s 215/45-17, lots of tread left no rubbing

Exterior/lighting:
Debadged trunk with Carbon Sti logo
Sti carbon front fender reflector replacementsOval clear Subaru turn signal repeaters in front fenders
Sti LHD projector headlights
Prodrive rubber molded mud guards
Grillecraft powdercoated black steel grille insert, lower grille insert and hoodscoop insert
Rear fenders rolled to accommodate race tires
25% tint I believe, not too dark
Subaru trailer hitch attachment
Paint is a little ugly, some scratches, key marks (don't ask), scuffs, door dings etc. The full Zaino treatment I did helps : )

Interior:
Sti short shifter with Kartboy bushings
Katzkins grey leather interior front/rear and door inserts.
Black Sti floor mats
Subaru rubber floor mats
Subaru rubber cargo area mat
Momo shift **** round airleather (matches steering wheel perfectly), with polyurethane insert (no wiggles)
Velentine 1radar detector hard wired into compass/auto-dimming mirror, stealthy and works perfectly, easily removable.

Stereo:
Sony CDX-C90 head unit (best SQ head unit ever) w/wired and wireless remotes
Sony 6 disc changer
Sony XDP 210-Eq 21 band digital equalizer
Alumapro 5 farad capacitor
Rockford Fosgate 800a2 amp for sub
Rockford Fosgate 400a4 amp for components
BostonAudio Boston Pro 6.5 separates in front doors
BostonAudio Rallye 5.25s in rear doors
BostonAudio 12.5 LF PRO sub in 1 cu. ft. sealed box
Stereo professionally installed along with Clifford alarm with immobilizer and turbo timer. Works perfectly, never had any issues with stereo or alarm.

General:
I wish I didn't have to sell, but I’m moving.
Car is in excellent mechanical condition, I have been to one track day, and many (20?) autocrosses. NO drag racing. The only issues are:

a very slight synchro whine when shifting out of first. took it into the dealer and worked with a tech trying to isolate the noise, but to no avail. Doesn't seem to affect tranny performance at all. Shifts are smooth, and its easy to downshift into first from up to 25 mph!

CEL P0420 comes on due to no CAT in downpipe/ MIL eliminator would fix this or I can probably get a new ecutek reflash (with the switchable maps, too) for pretty cheap as I was a beta tester for Rally Performance.

Asking price is $18,500 Located near Richmond, will be in NC sometime this week if anyone down there wants to look at it. Please email me at lactate@earthlink.net if interested and I'll get you my phone #.

That's all for now, I'll edit if I forgot anything.

Thanks,
Will
