Here is my situation - October 24th, 2004 was the date I leased my 05 white/gold STi, it had 3 miles on the odometer when I picked it up. The dealership gave me a great interest rate (PM me for more financial details) and by leasing it, it not only made the monthly payment affordable ($438.56/m) but it also made the buyout of the 4 year lease affordable ($4,995). When I bought my STi I had every intention of keeping it for a long, long time, but it is very unfortunate that I have to get rid of my baby now. I have babied this car since day one, did a dino oil changed every 1500 miles for the first 3000, and switched the RP Synthetic after that. At 7500 miles I changed the tranny oil to Moble Gear 45. Washed/Rejex'd often. Debadged S U B A R U from the trunk. My STi is back to stock, only modification I actually installed was K&N Typhoon Air filter, HKS Carbon TI CBE(off of the car), Tein Flex (off of the car now), V8 JDM STi headlights (which I can switch back to my 05 USDM headlights before I transfer the lease), Defi BF Amber Gauges (Turbo, EGT, Oil Pressure), and 20% Lumar tint professionally installed with a lifetime warranty. I had many parts (Helix catted DP, whiteline F & R sways, SS brake lines, etc..)waiting to be installed but ran into a financial crisis. I'm looking to get some compensation for the large down payment I placed on it, because this lease is more for someone looking to actually own it, while the car remains affordable. If there is anymore questions with everything, PM me.

My loss is your gain...

05 Aspen White STi
13.5k miles, alot of those freeway miles.

Located in the Bay Area
Bought in October 04

Factory Options:
Floormats
Extended Arm Rest
Auto dimmer rearview/compass

Remember, this lease is for someone who wants to own a mint STi and to have it be affordable at the same time, not to just lease it for the 2+ years and let the loan company take it an auction it.

PM me with any questions. Thanks!
