As the title suggests, my rare manual transmission Outback turbo must go. It's extremely clean inside and out because it has always been a garaged, dry-climate car. These are deceptively fast and one of the most luxurious Subarus ever produced*–*I'll miss embarrassing Audis, BMWs and SUVs in it.

I brought this hard-to-find spec OB back from AZ because i couldn't find a nice one locally and has been pampered all of it's life, with no issues. Only modified some suspension bits (see below).

2006 Outback XT Limited, manual transmission, Atlantic Blue Pearl
- 2 owner car, always garaged. Both myself and the original owner had home and work garage parking.
- Originally bought new in Tucson, AZ (original window sticker included with sale)
- I purchased in Oct. 2008 from original owner

MAINTENANCE/CONDITION:
- Always serviced on time (I have original owner's records, incl. window sticker)
- 59,9xx miles (60k service will be done before sale)
- Synthetic oil nearly all of it's life
- Runs flawless and needs nothing

INTERIOR:
- Taupe leather
- Heated front seats
- Automatic climate control
- Giant sunroof
- Jazzy Engineering iPod/iPhone connection kit, factory subwoofer, in dash 6 CD changer

EXTERIOR:
- Paint in excellent condition; just detailed and like new.
- A few dings on the driver and passenger door (easy PDR job)
- Tinted windows all around (except windshield) since new. I believe it's 33% tint (AZ maximum); not too dark and keeps the interior much cooler.
- Front resprayed once (by prev. owner)
- Windshield replaced right before i got it (still in great condition)

MECHANICALS:
- Brand new 225/65-17 Yokohama Geolandar A/T tires on stock wheels
- 2010 Legacy GT front calipers (larger than stock OB) with new rotors & pads and stock OB rear calipers
- AVO front a-arm bushings replaced with urethane bushings
- AVO rear anti-sway bar reinforcement brackets
- KYB GR-2 struts all around, currently 8k miles on them (stock struts in good condition also included)
- Alignment @ Stokes Tire in Santa Monica after above suspension components installed
- Kartboy shifter & bushings on stock OB linkage
- Extra STi full shift linkage included
