Found on the Seattle Craigslist, I corresponded with this person to verify it as a scam. This is some of those emails. Please be careful of folks like this.

First email on April 19th -
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to look at my car and read my description.The price is correct and the car is still available for sale.
My employer sent me overseas -London, United Kindom- for a long-term assignment so I am forced to sell the car for the purchase of a new one in London.
I attempted to research about shipping this car with me, but there are too many regulations in Europe.
PRICED LOW TO SELL QUICKLY!!
The car is still in the states in my garage. Clear title, no problems at all(accidents, fire, flood damage, dents, scratches or dings).
I could get there next week if we reach a deal and you are a serious buyer.
Email me if you have more questions or you are interested in setting up a meeting for test drive.

I replied that I was interested in the car, but could he send me the VIN number so I could run a CarFax report on it. His reply the next day was:

Hi again,
The car is garaged like i said .No dents, scratches or paint chips.
I could make my schedule in order to get there anytime next week
However, as I have many offers for my car I am requesting a refundable deposit to be made in value of $1500.00 for reserving the car. Also, i had some problems with a buyer a couple of weeks ago. He made me come all the way to the states to meet him but never showed up. I really don't want to come back ther for nothing.
Of course, using an auto escrow company for this safe deposit is a must.
If at the mechanical test the car will show any problems at all this deposit will be entirely returned.
If you are serious about my car please let me know your full name and address so I could inform the escrow regarding our transaction.
