Hella fog lights under foglight covers- never used

It's a very clean and great car to drive. I'm looking to put down a payment for a house here in the Truckee area and need all the money I can get for that--it's EXPENSIVE up here. Has been garaged and had the mods placed this summer- was stock until then.
