Just throwing it out there

2008 E92 M3
50,3xx miles, 6spd
Clean title, two owner. Carfax will show 4 accidents, none were my fault. Only paint work done to fix it, no new body panels, airbags didn't go off or anything of that nature. Did get rear ended, had to replace exhaust and xpipe
-Technology package
-Premium package
-Silver novallo (sic) leather w/ aluminum trim

Mods:
-KW V3 w/edc fix
-Rouge Engineering UD pulley
-Rogue Engineering SSK w/UUC shift ****
-B&M air filter
-Vishnu procede w/meth injection
-Challenge x-pipe with hi-flow secondary cats
-Eisenmann Race exhaust
-Volk TE37s w/Michelin PSS (65-70% left on tires)

Some pictures, I know they're crappy. I'll need some time to get better pics up.

Someone stole all my stock parts out of my storage unit so the car will not come with the stock struts, and wheels. I have the stock xpipe and exhaust, but the xpipe will need to be fixed. When I got rear ended my exhaust (aftermarket Gintatni at the time) came off the hangers and bent the xpipe where it meets the axle back. It will probably require an exhaust shop to heat it up and bend it back into place. Car is in Northern California but registered in Texas (active duty military) I realize the car may not be the cleanest on the forum, or be the easiest to smog in states that require it. I am a reasonable person if the buyer is willing to be reasonable. Scheduled service performed at BMW dealers in San Antonio and Berkeley, CA. Oil recently changed (less than 500 miles ago) Reason for selling is I don't drive it at all. In the past month its probably gone 100 miles. Better to let someone drive it then for me to keep paying insurance for a car to sit in a garage. I think my price is fair considering the mods, and condition.

Asking $35,000.
