FS (NorCal:): 2008 Subaru STI - $26,500 OBO ***MINT***

Up for sale is my 2008 WRB STI. The car was bought from Livermore Subaru over 2008 Thanksgiving weekend and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of owning it since I drove it off the lot. The reason why I am putting her up for sale is because I no longer want to make monthly payments and would rather be driving a beater to work instead. So, with that said let's get to the good stuff...
I bought the car with 55 miles on the ODO and from that point on, I have COMPLETELY BABIED this car to DEATH. I am 100% positive that you will not find another STI owner who has broken in their STI like I have. To give you somewhat of an idea, I drive the car to and from work (a 10 mile local commute) shifting at 2.5-3K RPM and everyday I literally have people drive around me because I accelerate as if I'm a 60 year old grandma. The car has never seen above 4000 RPM within the first 1000 miles and even up to this point, has NOT even hit redline ONCE as it's just been used as a daily driver. The DCCD has never even been tampered with and has been in left in AUTO mode the whole time. The car currently has 21,000 miles on it.
Prior to purchasing the car, the reflash was done at Livermore Subaru (verified on mysubaru.com) and now it is currently being driven on the Stage 1 Perrin map which was done at 1500 miles. Again, I the car was still driven SUPER gently even with the extra 30-40 hp to the wheel. In addition, the first oil change was done at 86 miles with Castrol GTX 5W-30 and the service was done by Paul @ DB Tuned so you can be assured that everything was done professionally. All oil changes done every 3000-3500 miles thereafter.
Aesthetic wise, I got the car tinted at Omega Tintwerks in Pleasanton and spent 330 dollars getting the car tinted (20% on the rear 5 windows with Luminar film) and installing the Bluebatmobile taillight overlays. The car also has a VentureShield clear bra which was installed within the first week of purchase (I didn’t drive the car to work for that week without it) and the coverage includes the front bumper, headlights, hood, hoodscoop, fenders, rockerpanels, strip of the roof, and bottom corners of the rear bumper. Total installation cost was $790.
A few last things to mention – I have 17 OEM oil filters (Tokyo Roki Model AA100) that I bought from SubaruGenuineParts that I will include with the sale ($120 value)
Rest assured that everything is in immaculate condition except for some curb rash on the rims. No accidents, dings, scratches (on the body), dents and definitely has never been smoked in. Here is the summary of everything that will be included with the car:
