I'd be happy to help on the details of the custom sub install:

Tweeter in Boston built the enclosure, some sort of fast setting cocktail of resin, bondo, fiberglass etc.. They replaced the entire driver's side trim panel, and used the oem screw tabs where possible. I don't have the exact volume specs, but it is more than adeqate for the single 12".
