FS - '02 WRX - Awesome Price!!
2002 Subaru WRX Sedan, rally Blue
MD/DC/No. VA/DE/PA area.
53,200 miles - 90% highway (used to commute 55 miles a day).
Basically all original except for cat-back exhaust, K&N drop-in filter, and front and rear strut tower braces (rear not currently installed).
Factory boost gauge and spoiler.
All WRX's have 6-disc in-dash CD, all power, cruise control, AC, front and side airbags, etc.
I've never raced/dragged/auto-xed the car, so it is in great shape. Never been in an accident, owned by a non-smoker, and never had any mechanical problems at all except when it is cold the "brake" light on the dash stays on for the parking brake. The brake is not engaged, but the light stays on for about 15 minutes or so. Not sure what's causing it, but it is not a real problem, so I haven't wasted my time on trouble shooting it yet.
If you didn't know (and I'm sure you did), the WRX is one of the easiest platforms to modify, and for only about 2 grand, you can have a 300 hp daily driven car. Ask around, people with experience will tell you how bad azz it can be. And it is no slouch out of the box!
I bought my wife a Honda Pilot, so I need to get out of this car's loan so that I don;t have two bigger car payments. I HAVE REDUCED MY ORIGINAL PRICE FROM A FEW MONTHS AGO. I'm just looking to get out of the loan basically, so first $15,500/obo around that takes it.
Post or e-mail, rcarter@hcm2.com or TypeR0207@aol.com. Thanks for looking!
