take out the small piece of foam found underneath the "bubble" section of the 04/05 and they slide right in.

I actually cut into the OEM number a little bit at a time until it slipped in snug. I did also take out the Foam piece but found that it was still needing more clearance. The lights don't fit perfectly unless you swap bumpers. I did buy an 04-05 WRX bumper but I haven't painted it or installed it. It just has primer on it.

How much would it be for your tires and rims together and how many miles do they now have on them? Also would you be willing to trade your 04 05 tails for my cleared 07's? The black would look good on your black.

Also, I've never been a fan of the 06-07 style taillights, I think it was a terrible idea for Subaru to have used those in their hawk-eye models, so most likely I'd not trade. If someone wants to buy the car with the bugeye taillights installed I'd be willing to sell the 05 lights though.
