I bought this car intending to do an EJ20 swap, but due to unexpected circumstances and a killer deal on another car, I need to let this project go.
The Good:
2-door model ready for STi conversion aero
Straight frame
Low price
Mild sound system (Rockford 2-ways in the rear, Pioneer 2-ways in the front, Alpine amp)
Interior in ok shape

The Bad:
158xxx miles
Needs new passenger door and front fender (which I have but have not installed)
Leaks a little oil
Doesn't shift into first due to excessive shifter play (I think new bushings and possibly shift linkage is in order)

Price is negotiable looking for local buyer ASAP. No reasonable offer refused.

How's the suspension and the engine?

Suspension is ok as is engine. By ok, I mean ok, not good or great. Leaks a little oil, suspension is probably getting worn, etc. Comes with new shoes for the rear brakes (not installed). Asking $900 or best offer. Pretty much anything I can get just take it off my hands. Located in Raleigh, NC so need to be pretty sure you're gonna buy it if I'm gonna arrange to meet you halfway and have a ride home. Interior is dirty, but mostly undamaged, backseat has a crack from the sun, rear speakers have been taken out due to the continually lowering asking price, but thats about it. Pictures as soon as I can. PLEASE someone take this away... $700 if you can do it by Friday.

 

Where is the leak coming from? Was wondering why you haven't put the door and fender on? Any other quirks you can think of? I'm coming from MD. Plan on putting on the fender and door along with fixing the shifter and driving abit on it till I do something with it. If you got interior pics, that would be awesome.

This has def. sparked my interest. I can do 600 and meet half-way this saturday. Hit me up
