I have a 2002 Subaru WRX on manual transmission with 56,500 miles that I’m selling. I’m in a tight money situation and I am forced to sell the car. The car is a blue color with shaved fenders, a custom painted carbon fiber hood, and a debagged trunk. I used Mercedes 4300k HID’s and made custom fog lights. The car also has black housing headlights with 8000k HID’s. The car sits on Sparko R rims that are gold in color with full Brembo breaks and braided steel break lines. The car has Koni dampening adjusting shocks with H&R lowering springs and a reinforced sway bar. The oil was changed religiously every 4,000 miles. The engine just got its heads repolished and has brand new head gaskets. Custom pulleys are also installed on the car. The car has an upgraded IHI VF22 turbo, sti pinks, walboro fuel pump, a full custom 3 inch exhaust with a Borla muffler, and a custom cat-less up pipe. A stage 3 clutch is installed to handle the extra horsepower thrown at it with urethane engine mounts for better engine mounting. The car has Turbo Xs piggy back computer that was dyno tuned by Subaru Specialist. I installed a DVD player that also plays MP3 but for some reason the screen went black and white on me; it can be fixed if left to professionals. The car ran a 13.6 on the set up right now but is capable of faster times with a better driver and practice. The car dynode at 225 HP and 218 TQ to the wheels which is safe for every day driving, it is capable of more with extra tuning and dyno time. The car is salvage and has well over $10,000 of upgraded parts on it. I’m asking for $13,500. It is very hard to get rid of the car especially with all of hard work and dedication put into it. yea, i bought it, and i love it. but i have come into a few financial situations, with my student loans, and my motorcycle was just in an accident and totaled (roommate stole it and wrecked it) and i have to pay for summer classes, and its all piling on at once.
on top of that, a valve just got bent when i let my friend drive it. I have been trying to sell it for more than I bought it for but now that it has a bent valve, im screwed. also, i took the dvd player out because its a pos. ill take anything reasonable for it to get out of my financial situation
im going to try and get it fixed and sell it for around 13,000 (maybe a little more, depends on which way i fix it and how much more tuning is performed), or ill sell it as is for 11,500.

 

* I bought it on January 6th and it hasn’t given me a problem until my friend over revved it (accidentally... he was doing me a favor and driving it home while I took a test because there was no parking, but he's not that great at driving stick, and he never drove a car like this.)

Besides the bent valve it has been wonderful. No problems whatsoever, and it handles, stops, and accelerates like a dream. It was tuned very well too. smoothe power delivery.
