'02 Silver WRX for sale (Gone!)
Silver '02 WRX for sale:
55,000 Miles (90 percent highway. Commute about 30 miles a day)
5-speed
6-disc in-dash CD changer
All standard options (A/C, pwr everything, cruise)
No spoiler
Rubber floormats (the Subaru OEM option)
Almost no upgrades. Basically, only a turbo back exhaust and handmade mudflaps bought from a vendor in these forums. This is not a fancy looking car, it basically looks the way it did when I drove it off the lot. It is clean, though, and has never had smoking/food/vomit/drinking or anything of the sort inside of it
There are two very small parking lot dings, both on the passenger side.
The windshield was just replaced (today) b/c of various chips and such.
At one point, the hood was dinged by a rock and I had it professionally repaired and repainted.
I've taken it to a Subaru dealership for every recommended maintenance as scheduled, such as brake checks, tire rotations, etc. Almost all oil changes done at the dealership as well (Hodges in Ferndale, Mi).
One minor accident. In the snow, slid into a curb at a low speed and damaged the front driver side wheel/axle. Repaird at Hodges Subaru.
Front brakes were just replaced a few weeks ago, and the rears will be done next Friday.
I'm getting an STi and want to avoid trading in the WRX. I'm pretty sure I'll get screwed because of the relatively high mileage for the year. Also, the modded exhaust might will probably make them gouge me. Blue book trade in for the mileage is about 12,500 k, and private party is a little above 15k. I'm looking for something in between.
