Westfield XTR2, the MacLaren/Zonda killer?

damn you guys have seen the Top Gear episode right?
Well for recap this 20 grand kit car from this UK company outlaps the Pagani Zonda and the McLaren F1. It's like 1000 pounds w/ a hayabusa engine! and road legal!

Has anyone ever heard of someone in real life (AKA America) having one?

I don't think anyone in the US has one, because it was put together in a garage (I think)

We actually sell the wheels to the Manila assembler/importer of the Westfield. I rode in their demo models and it was a blast.

Unfortunately it started to rain so we were soaking. The motorcycle engine was a screamer and certainly enough for this light machine

"Road legal" in England doesn't mean squat in the "land of the free"

The only place in the US anybody'd be allowed to drive one of these is on a racetrack.

But even that would be awesome

And the performance numbers might rival the supercars, but c'mon- it's a spec race car- it doesn't really rival or compete against the F1 or Zonda in any sense at all.
