I finally started working on my other competitive project car. While tuning the car using the stock CIS-E injection ('87), we were able to extract enough power to run 14.3 @ 96mph a couple years ago, which is pretty respectable for old school technology. Its time to upgrade to a stand-alone EFI, gonna be sportin SDS-EM4F which will control fuel and ignition, will be using 360cc injectors w/ a custom intake manifold setup and a wideband O2 sensor A/F meter. Im hoping to tune it to run in the 13's @ 100+mph in N/A trim. This car is also equipped w/ a set of Koni struts/Neuspeed Race Springs - capable of running SCCA as well, just gotta upgrade the brakes to be competitive. Its a whole different animal compared to my 12 second STi, its gonna take some tweaking to get it close to my BLUE stock turboed Suby.
