Special Edition WRX or STi?
Does anyone know if US will be getting a special ed. Impreza any time in the near future? Like the ones Britain and Europe have been getting in the past...

With the '06 model year there will also be available a WRX Limited, it comes with heated leather seats, sunroof, heated mirrors, and windshield wiper de-icer. Now that isn't necessarily a "special edition", but still cool. IMHO, the leather seats will make the interior look even nicer.
As far as the real special edition Impreza's go, I don't think we will see any here in the U.S.
I think Subaru would be afraid to try and sell a $38K Impreza in the states, even though it would be worth every penny. Like the STi Type UK, it has a PPP (Prodrive Performance Package), and is fully covered under warranty.
