Dude, for all the work and mods u have on it you can expect to get BB value and no more. Sry... Usually most money put into a car for mods is considered a loss. I learned this the hard way. Unless u happen to find an enthusiast that wants those mods already then u might get more.
sometimes
sometimes you can get more, but you have to be super patient for the right buyer. If you need to sell quick, all the mods will do is help a buyer pick yours over another car. Your best bet to get the most money out of it is to part out the mods, replace everyting with stock, and sell that way. Especially with 2 sets of wheels, you can probably get 400-500 for them in the classifieds.
I think some mods add value and others kill the deal. Certainly a loud exhaust is really going to limit who is willing to buy your car -- especially if it is catless and will never pass smog. Big body kits are also deal-breakers; not everyone has a ricer fantasy or wants to attract all the attention from the 5-0. Exotic upgrades such as headers, FMICs or turbo timers are also a tough sell unless you find someone to buy it who is also into modding cars.
However, someone who likes to mod cars is also not your target market -- after all, someone who wants to mod a car wants a great deal on a STOCK vehicle. He/she wants a blank canvas to work with.
On the other hand, wheels, tires, brakes and transmission are all mods that will benefit you when it comes to resale time. No one can argue with a brake upgrade, and good wheels and tires set the car apart from a similar stock car.
I asked a friend of mine who worked at a dealership what they look for in a used car. He said "it has to pass smog and be visually stock. The most damaging thing you can do to your car's resale value is to shave the letters off the back and put a coffe-can exhaust on it -- that makes it basically worth dirt."

Yes, Patience is a HUGE part of selling a car. It took me a month to sell my 00 Celica GT-S w/ a few mods. I had to replace a few aftermarket items w/ stock but the buyer bought them from me anyway. I did get what i asked for thou. It just took time and tell the low ballers to take a hike. There are quite a few punks out there.
Also make sure that your warrenty is transferrable if it is still valid. That would also be a huge selling point.
