I want to know who can start a group buy on a product (i.e. Turbo kits)

I would like to buy a turbo for my 2.5 RS but want to know if there is a group buy going on...

 

I will find out the policy on group buys. There have been a few problems in the past because even though group buys are always well-intentioned, things like delays in shipping, people backing out at the last minute, parts not identical to what was ordered, have been sources of complaints.

Group Buy forum. It appears to be mostly i-Club registered vendors posting group buys but a few members, also. It's preferable if the member posting is the one to organize the group buy, contacting vendor sources for the group buy, keeping track of members who want to participate in the group buy, etc., not simply posting a question of who is interested in one. That way, one member can be contacted if there is a problem.
