I think it's kind interesting from some different views, but from others it just looks hideous! The lines I don't think flow well enough with the old body style, but it's a kinda cool idea to put the old and the new together.

 

Yeah, as far as conversions go its pretty damn tasteful, but you can see in other places that they certainly werent designers, as there is some pretty tacky bulk in areas - mostly the front. But actually, i think the rear end looks fantastic! The sleek windows dont quite work either, but hey. I can critique all i like, its way more than i could accomplish.
