I am originally from KY. There isn't much to do in most of the state, except for playing with guns and drag racing. KY is the victim of some state worker's delusion (whoever designed the plate). Oh, well.

That will look great on a rice'd out Honda with an aggressive body kit, painted black with dark tinted windows.

It is unpossible to EVAR look cool with those plates.

Lose the smiley face on the sun and the ***goty slogan and it would be alright, but that is just over the top. You might as well put some Care Bears and My Little Pony on there and have your ********* removed while you're at it and just get it over with.
