When my 98 OB was less than a week old, I ran over a section of retread about the size of my leg. It just tumbled under the car, leaving only a small diagonal mark on the grill.

I broke the right front turn signal on a pine tree, nosing around in the woods on a friend's property.

I also shaved off the driver's side mirror in the same woods (different trip).

Ran over the reflector to a streetlight someone else knocked over last winter. Great sound effects but no damage.

 

Animal Population Control. I wish I could fit that on a liscence plate. Hit a squirril last night, it's funnier every time, especially when you get on it and gun for em...squirrels suck, I can't count how many are in suburban north jersey.
I had a 96 Ford Bronco a few years back, two squirrels chasing each other (one trying to get his swerve on I guess), got one under each of the front tires, easily the coolest roadkill I've had. Nailed a bat in that huge p.o.s, got stuck under the windshield wiper, that was f-n disgusting.
The worst was in my RS though, it's lowered an inch and I ran over a fat *** racoon, hair, blood, junk all over the undercarriage. It was like hitting a speed bump going 60, it even messed up the alignment.
In college I hit this chick I probably shouldn't have.....

i was driving down a back road to AZ for the fourth. it was late (about 1am) and i wanted to get to my gf house. so i sped up and then a jack rabbit jumped out. i didn't have time to break and tried to swerve. next time i heard was a loud bang. got out to inspect the damage. a small ding in the front fender and a dented fog light cover. luckily i have those mesh fog light covers otherwise probably would have destroyed my light. couldn't see much else it was dark. passed back by a few days later and saw the HUGH blood stain on the road. oh well... one less jack rabitt in AZ.

if you happen to go to AZ the spot is heading west on hwy 60 between salome and aguila.

 

i didn't see this, but someone told me about it....cop car stopped at light, some huge dumptruck comes flying down the road and nails the crap out of the cop...funny as hell when i first heard it

 

While back, when i had my F250 truck, i was cruising along and a rabbit didn't look both ways before crossing the street and then the "thump thump" occured. I felt bad, but when traveling home via the same street, i hit a vulture. The vulture was picking at my previous roadkill. oh well...

 

forgot to put this...i have hit a firefly...it leaves a glowing spot on the windshield...and turning on the wipers is a bad move to do after that....not in my WRX...when i still had a 4runner

 

I once saw a city cop rear end a car at a red light. The cop kinda rolled up to the car, then for some reason released his brake and hit the car in the rear bumper at about 3 mph maybe. It jolted the driver of the car at the light. They instantly began to curse and bang the steering wheel. Then they looked in the rearview and calmed down. Poor cop, he got out of his car and walked up to their window and asked them to pull to the side of the road. Damn that sucks for that cop. Don't know what happened to him.

that's some funny sh*t...how would you feel....cop runs into you....then comes up to the window...please step out of your car, i'd like to see the damage...lol...that's really gotta suck for the cop

 

LOL!!!! that'd be so great! oh....came a few inches from hitting a damned MINIVAN earlier (i hate the damned things), because they hit the brakes, so i had to swerve to miss them, and my car went into like, the crazy fishtail moves...another person in a WRX saw it too....i was so damned close to biting it, too....i guess that kinda counts...i heard a thump when i came really close to the divider...and to make things kinda ironic...i was headed to try and get a job at a VALET PARKING place....
