i didnt think 13.9 for a S2000 or 15+ for an EVO in the 1/4 was fast. Actually its laughable. Ne1 else see saturdays TNRTV. the evo did pull .96 G lateral. I think its easy to say that the original was better. "Its become to hollywood"

lighten up and just dont take it to seriously and it will entertain. Its not accurate, did you expect it to be? just sit back and enjoy "movie magic" as SCC dubbed it.

The Evo in the movie peels out when it accelerates.

Since when to AWD cars peel out? I'VE never done it.

You've obviously never seen a high horsepower AWD car before. I have squawked the tires in my WRX plenty of times and have seen an AWD Talon take off from the line losing traction through 3 gears and still run a 9.08 @ 162.
I have also seen a full weight 3KGT do a burn out from a dead stop, and stay in one place.

Just to defend the poor performance of the cars, they had the living sh** beaten out of them. If any of us treated our cars that poorly they'd accelerate, brake and turn like a POS too.

Now imagine if you are a cop watching "Bad Boys" -- It's the same thing with us i-Clubbers watching 2F2F. I saw the special features from the DVD and they didn't make ANY performance mods to the EVO. LAME! anyways, I wouldn't be surprised if they had a car with the AWD disabled just so they could do burnouts.

No defense for any Evo 7 with a working turbo and a manual gearbox that runs slower then my N/A RS
you're right...I feel like a sellout I was just thinking, they need a REAL car movie. Something with the budget of 2f2f but with real tuned cars, real stunts (no jumping to boats) and a real I-Club director

p.s. I like the "cops watching bad boys" comment Monkey AB.
