i wonder how much gas it will consume over the course of a year... i read somewhere that you only get about 75-100 miles to the tank.

which is how many mpg. . . I hate when people talk in miles to the tank, or better yet miles to the half tank. I'm not trying to rag on you or anything, but it's just annoying to not have an exact number.

from ford's website 17.5 gallons. so i guess you can say it drinks like a fish.

Ford's website claims 17.5 mpg (as stated above), but on Top Gear when they did their test, they only got 4 mpg while driving it on their test road course. Thats probably more spirited then normal 'around town' usage, but I'd be willing to guess an average persons mpg will be less then 17.5.

I've seen about 5 of them on the roads. There are pluses to living in MI, you get to see the big three's new toys early and in numbers.
