haha i dont know about the law... but if you get pulled over im sure he wont ticket you for it.... just be like i didnt know you couldnt... im sure you cant though since you will lose some of your vision... plus you are going to kind of look weird, but whatever!

Tell the cop you wear the helmet because:
1. you don't want to hurt your head when you have sudden, uncontrollable vilolent spells.
2. it is to protect your brain from alien radio waves
3. if you didn't you can read everyones thoughts and it is really distracting
4. it is not a helmet, it is an expression of cultural heritage, and a political symbol (protected by the constitution) of independence in a helmetcentric and hemetphobic society.
6. Look up at the sky and say slowly"..just.. in.. case......"

ahahha...i have thought of this idea....my wife drive with a helmet on and I will have a handful papers on the highway like we are rallying haha....dammit he took my idea
