Impreza L 1998 Questions help please!!!
hey all, i have been visiting the site for a bit now, and love the boards!!
I just bought a 1998 Impreza L 2.2, and want to spice it up a bit, but i am not sure if RS parts form that year will work on my car.....
basically the things i want to do:
1. mount driving lights in the bumper
2. add a hood scoop
3. put on a rear spoiler...small stock type
4. add cold air intake (not sure what will work with this model)
5. anything else that can give me a little more power w/o tons of modification (any suggestions??)
i am open to any suggestions anyone may have...please give me a hand, i can find tons of info for the 2.5 rs, but not much on the l

Car Info: 2000 RS Coupe/1990 Mazda Protege, zoom zoom..
the two cars are very similiar, and almost every part from an rs can be fitted on an L.
to do the fog lights, you would have to do a bumper conversion, constisting of a new bumper cover, and beam, turn signals fogs, etc....
you could put an RS hood on, or any of the imprezas that had the hood scoop and vents like an, outback sport.
the spoiler will fit perfect.
intakes for MAF 2.5RS's (98/99) will work on your L, any RS exhaust system should work.
Like I said the cars are very similiar, keep up with the research you can find tons of stuff to do to your L
