Check out the nerf bars coming out through the doors. Classic dirt track Modified construction from the 70's. Clearly a car from the east coast or the south. Nobody ran wacky short wheelbase crap like that on dirt tracks out west back in the day. Unless that thing has incredible winning history from a young Mark Martin or Sterling Marlin or something, its utterly worthless. Interesting though.......look at the stout roll cage structure, yet standard steering column and wheel (!), and big a** cow-catcher front bumper. Leafy beam axle up front. Wow. That's got dirt car written all over it. Guys abandoned leaves up front in the early seventies. Only specific local rules would have made them run that old tractor type stuff.
