do a search on apexi they did the same thing and tehy are doing fine now

alot of companies do similar in Japan. Some simply "go out of business" then change their name and go back in business. It's a way around taxes. Seems to only work for smaller businesses though.

I knew I had put off buying that oil filter relocation kit too long...I feel partially responsible..
