G-timer accelerometer thing

These are the things that are pluged into the cigarette lighter, are they acurate? Are they worth it? Accurate on hp? Thanks.

imo they are not that accurate. they will give you a rough and i emphasize rough estimate of 1/4 mile times

oh and its called a G-tech

If used completelly corectlly then they are pretty accurate.

I wodered how folks felt about them. If they are at least repeatable, they would be useful fro tracking improvements from mods, launch techniques, etc. How do they compare to dynos? I dunno...
