Question Filling Tool Box

I just bought a tool box, I'm going to fill it with tools. So I was thinking to get tools that I would need to the WRX. So I was wondering if you guys could help me out? For Example Common wrench and socket sizes used on the WRX and tools that you would need on the WRX. Basically Im want this tool box just for the WRX. So please help me out.. Thanks. BTW Im new to this board. I just bought my first 2002 Silver Subaru WRX very excited! I also have a 1991 Toyota Mr2 Non-Turbo.

Welcome to i-Club. I think you will enjoy your WRX.

Buy tools in sets to save money. Buy combination (open end and box end on one wrench) wrenches up to at least 18mm or 19mm. Sockets up to the same size. Metric set of flare nut wrenches come in handy for fuel and brake lines. Some are pretty small, maybe down to 8mm. Get a quality torque wrench, also.

1/4 in. sockets work for most everything. 3/8s if you're working on larger bolts(camber/seat/pulley bolts) Also get 6 point sockets, 12 point tend to round nuts.

Get these. Ratcheting wrenches are perfect for the tight quarters inside that engine bay. The only time you'll need a socket is when dealing with something siezed or that needs actual torquing.
