Just curious...... how would you guys feel if that were a STI or WRX instead of an EVO?


I havn't been on any EVO forums but are they entheastic about having one of their own in the movie?

 

I'd feel pretty horrible. The Evo is a ricer's wet dream. Despite the close performance of both, the STi/STI is the "upper crust," or the "classier" of the two, if you will.

I doubt the Evo crowd is enthusiastic to have that pile of crap in that pile of crap movie. It's like the Mustang with the Nissan motor. They've managed to insult both sets of fans (domestic and import) with one car.

 

If only I had those kinds of skills.

 

Yeah, really! Maybe I'll throw an EJ25 into my '94 Camaro. Or maybe the LT1 from my Camaro into my STi.

 

Camaro STI. hmmmmm.... i think that a cavalier engine into a porsche would be great!!!

 

Get a Porsche 914, and a Cavalier motor would be an improvement; power-wise, anyway.

I seen a 914 with a WRX motor in it, which is pretty cool.

 

Yea ive actually seen multiple people do the wrx engine in a 914 project

 

i was going more for the sarcastic effect and thinking more along the lines of a porsche 911 with a cavalier engine. yeah you could put just about anything in a 914 and make it faster, its a good car to work with

 

you forgot the magic paint with which you can drift and hit big pallets and have NO SCRATCHES
