Am I the only one that listens to calming music so I can go faster without a coronary? Fast music may motivate...but when you're doing something that gets your heart rate up anyway, I like to take it down a notch on the music.


Plus, the juxtaposition of clasical or jazz with a car hauling *** is priceless...

im exactly the opposite - heart rate can never be TOO high.
