I vote REAL! If you look closely you can see leaves from the tree on the ground in the right direction, and cut marks in the tree where the car hit. the tree would not have broken off cuz the car hit so low on the trunk.

Real...strange things do happen. even if it looks like half the car is missing...sometimes engines do get thrown out of cars...happened last week on I-5 in oregon.

I saw that somewhere else, I think on stangnet. The story is the driver was ejected and walked away. Hard to corraborate that, but it does look like impact was primarily in the back half of the car.
