Does anybody know what the options list for the WRX (non-STi) is? Does it come with the steering column mounted boost gauge and the top center mounted 3 gauge cluster?

Also, I've been hearing that the 03 WRX is selling for 21-23K, while the 04 is expected to be around 25K. Why the 2K increase in price? Or is the 03 pricing just an end-of-model-year discount?
