IP ban on Nasioc?

its not a nasioc ban, it has something to do with the shaw proxy server
do this
open IE
tools -> internet options -> connections -> Lan -> type proxy server address
-> port = 8080
my friend had this problem, then did this, and viola, no more problems.
if that doesnt work, try this
to make sure you are not using the shaw web proxy make sure you have NO checkmarks in lan settings.
(tools -> internet options -> connections -> Lan settings->)
this should solve your problem
do this

It's the Shaw proxy server that got banned which a lot of us in Van go through.
tools -> internet options -> connections -> Lan and check everything off (ie: no automatically detect settings)
