Car Info: 93 WRX Type RA
Do any Canadians have a JDM WRX?
I know a lot of WRX's have been brought in but wonder if any Subaru fanatics own them?
Models of WRX/RA/STi from 1992-1994 are available for import right now but I haven't heard much of a buzz from the Subaru people.
I've had my 93 WRX Type RA for over 1 year and wouldn't trade it for anything.
I can't wait for the VII WRX STi RA to be available for import later this year (275 PS, DCCD, Roof Vent!).

lol guys, sorry in Canada the car must be 15-years or older to the month of manufacture.
If you want more info you can check here for info about importing JDM cars to Canada
In the US actually I know there are lots of JDMs on the road including GC8 and GDB JDM WRX and STi models.
But technically I don't believe it is legal in the USA, there's lots of debate. There's also a "petition system" to get similar chassis cars into the US. So far a company has petitioned 94-97 JDM Honda Accord and they are doing 97-2000 Prelude.
