Just wondering if there are any get togethers for Subaru owners in British Columbia, or even in Vancouver or Victoria.

There are get togethers once in a while yes, both in Vancouver and in Victoria. There are quite a handful of people over on the island who are actively involved in the Subaru club scene, so check around. Good luck!
