I just can't believe that not one single guy in the bomb department wasnt going, "Um, boss, this is a ****in light bright we're defusing."

and here it is, Im sure glad the guy wore rubber gloves to really heighten the sense that this lite-brite posed us all immediate danger. Best part was when I saw it on the news the other day, they actually blurred out the little pixeled 'bird' like someone seeing this would not be offended by the sheer stupidity of what was happening but might take offence to a barely rendered cartoon middle finger.
