MILPITAS (CBS 5) ― Video uploaded to YouTube led police to arrest three suspects accused of an assault inside a Milpitas restaurant last month.

The video shows a fight taking place at a strip mall on Barber Lane in late August. The video shows a group of men circle the victim, at one point he grabs a trash lid for protection. The fight spilled into the China Palace Restaurant, where tables and chairs were flying during the fight. The victim suffered cuts, bruises and broken bones.

Police received an anonymous tip about the video, and were able to positively identify three suspects. Nguyen Dinh, Vinh Pham and Dang Lu were arrested and charged with assault.

Investigators maintained even without the video, the suspects would have been caught eventually.
