you guys know she's a troll right? has her own youtube chan doing this kinda stuff. plus you can tell she's lying by how often she glances to her left. I don't even actually looks to the right.

We learned this in college psych... when you look to the right you're tapping into your visual cortex and remembering real memories, when you look to the left you're lying.

However, if someone looks you straight in the eye when remembering something, they're probably lying. People look away to take you out of the picture, put themselves back into the situation, and remember. If they don't need to take the effort to remember it's because they've already thought up the lie or they're trying to look you straight in the eye.

Have someone look at you eye to eye (where you're level, no one is looking up or down at each other) and ask you questions you don't hear too often. What's your grandma's maiden name, when's your mom's birthday. Stuff that you know, but you don't think about very often. In general, people look a certain direction to remember and the way you look is linked to learning style (visual, auditory, etc).
