I don't think there are enough games left for the A's to catch the Rangers. The Rangers keep winnin. So hope for the wildcard, there are about 5 teams in the AL within 5 games of it, so it'll be a battle for those 2 spots out of 5 teams!

Back to back shutouts on a team they "should" beat up on. That's definitely a good sign that they're gunning for a post season appearance.
I missed out on the Moneyball era when I was active duty, so it's been a long time since I've had a reason to get pumped about the A's. When I saw that movie I felt like i was the last person to hear we landed on the moon.

Hellz yeah! They played some serious longball today. I was lucky to catch their BIG top of the 4th on the MLB channel.
So stoked for these next 5 weeks as they battle for a post-season spot! Lots of competition makes this a real exciting race!
