Ya Im pretty sure he was serious, he was just some 57 year old ***** with his view of women coming from the I Love Lucy era. I mean he just goes off on her with NO information about her or her boyfriend, I mean what if they're a young couple both living together and struggling to make ends meet? She at least cares about him and his happiness enough to not just sit around harping on him but take the time to look up a jeep forum, create an account, and post a thread asking others that would know better about jeeps, and all in a very polite and sincere manner. Pretty much all of us have had a car or two that was turning into a money pit and had to ask ourselves the "save it or dump it" question, thats all she was doing.

And for all of that she gets treated like a b****, and worst of all, you get every dumb *** guy on the internet cheering him on because, well, this is one of those internet things so its cool to cheer for the chauvinistic *** hole I guess.
