Just an FYI, taking someones lic plate is a FELONY/Federal offense. You WILL get jail time for it.
I know of a guy who had two strikes on his record and was free after serving time... He then took someones lic plate cuz it said something funny... He was caught and sentenced to LIFE in prison because it was his 3rd strike.
