... when partying in Santa Barbara and you're drunk as fck and you stop a whole conversaion and yell "Subie", then you see it turn onto the street.
... when people ask you if your STi spoiler makes you fly
... when you pass chain control on the way up to Tahoe and they stop you thinking you driving a 2WD car...
... when you go through a tunnell and you roll down the window and drop it into 3rd and do a pull

+1. Not sure if I've heard that either.
Not saying I need to mash it to leave cars behind either, it is just that I let the AWD do its job while most "average" drivers (who are actually below average) will be off the gas and braking mid-corner. In reality, it was no different when I had my S13, the same thing would happen
One time I did almost lose it in the wet too, and I have rolled a car at speed due to *stupid* before, so I know all too well.

when your friends try to get you to take it out onto the beach and into the dunes cause "its a rally car man"
when you have to explain to people that the two spoilers were not added after you bought the car
when your friends with mustangs GT's and GTO's stop bragging about their power when your around (a friends wife called him and his brother out on this the other night when i came over, funny ish)
