You know what Al Davis?

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3587018

You can go die is a ****ing fire you sack of ****... For the last 20 years of bull**** hiring and firings of coaches **** you.

**** you Al Davis, cause you are truly a piece of ****. **** you for not letting us have a coaching staff for more than a few seasons, **** you for letting good players leave and having poor players join. **** you, you old *****, hope your croak soon for the Organization's sake. Cause god know how many great players will never have a gotten a ring cause the poor decisions you've made in the past.

**** you for demoralizing every fan, every player, and pretty much everyone... Cause even 49ers fans are going to super sympathetic on this on.

As long as Al Davis is in control of the Raiders they will never succeed.

Main reasons being that he's an old son of a ***** and his coaching staff will never feel comfortable and thus neither will his players. That and I honestly believe the NFL doesn't like him and won't let him succeed.

There are a good core of coaches and players and if they'd just be allowed to grow I honestly believe they'd be playoff worthy in no more than two more years if they add another reciever and a couple other key players.

Kiffin may not have been ready but given time he'd do just fine. Offensive play calling has been iffy but you have to see some good things with the running offense... especially with a healthy fargas. Fumble issues with the number 3 guy but he did fine.

TE is solid. QB is growing and is gonna be a good player. O line is improving. Defense is looking better.

Screw Al Davis. I've hated him since he screwed over Marcus Allen.

No sympathy from me.

The Raiders will never succeed due to Al Davis being a control freak. He used to be a good football front office guy, he was way ahead of the game in the 70's and early 80's, but now it is almost sad. The game has passed him by, every time they show a shot of him at the game he looks like he is in some sort of catatonic state and has no idea what is going on. He has, what I call, the Art Shell face. If he could just relax, hire a GM who knows what the **** he is doing, rather than just drafting and sigining the guys with the fastest 40 at the combine, and let his head coach do what he is paid to do and, I know this sounds absurd, COACH THE ****ING TEAM, they might be successful. But instead he drafts the fastest players available, rarely in a position where the raiders are weak, signs questionable free agents to huge contracts and micromanages every aspect of the daily goings on. Its a recipie for failure, and the Raiders will continue to be weak until Davis dies and someone who knows anything about football in the current century, takes over.

At least the 9ners have signs of hope.

Al will continue to manage this team into failure. He should just stop the front and not hire anymore head coaches, he obviously wants to do all of the coaching himself. Total waste of oxygen.
