Why use the Suby when there are a million other 4x4 trucks around?
I did have to pull my uncles truck out of a snow bank with mine once but it was an emergency. No wear near as much tire spin though and I did not bounce of the rev limiter.

It's really not that bad on the diffs because there is very little traction to begin with. I bet everything is totally fine as long as he wasn't slipping the clutch the whole time.
