yet another damaged wrx...

This happened at Santana Row yesterday:

Person left a note with a phone number, which of course isn't being answered...how bad of a driver do you have to be to do this much damage on a parked car?

Anyone know of a good repair place around here that would do it for under $1000?

ouch...might have to go through the insurance. If you give them the number, they might be able to track down the person so you don't get the point

Yeah I've already started down the insurance company path, and they seem very helpful. However, since it's just a phone number they won't waive my deductible just yet. However, Santana Row security is checking their tapes to see if they can find the license plate number, which will then cover me.

Well after blocking my number, or maybe it was sheer persistence, she answered. So I have a supposed last name and insurance provider who apparently knows about the incident. We shall see how things go...

Yes, so now my insurance provider will be opening up a claim and I shouldn't have to pay for any repairs. Which is a good thing, cause that money needs to be used elsewhere...aka mods...

it takes me 10 minutes to find a door ding approved spot, but not in santana row! i park at the corner of Macys at stevens creek and HWY 880 on/offramp in the mall lot

Sorry about that, sounds like it will work itself out though, it could be worse :/

What a ******* ho. At least she answered this time. Why do people feel the need to try to squeeze in to parking spots rather then spend the 5 seconds extra to back up and go in straight. Weak ****.... any final estimates on damage bill?

My miata had similar damage, except a basketball size indent (still light) only visible with a reflection, and two 6 inch long creases for $1400

So id say yours is $1000 if there are creases or dents
or $600 just scratches
but im not completely sure
