I'm considering myself to be one lucky SOB. I had the day off work so my buddy and I did a day trip to Kirkwood. We got about 15 runs in and headed home. I was on 88 and thought I wasn't going too fast, but I got pulled over by a CHP. He said he clocked me at 71 in a 55 zone. I don't doubt I was going that fast, but I really wasn't sure what my speed was. He realized I wasn't trying to be a speed demon and let me off with a warning. Thank you Mr CHP officer for cutting me a break and not ruining my weekend.
