Yellow WRX sighting on Cap City Expressway in Sac this morning
Had maita plates, I ended up chasing him down cause I thought it might have been Yellowsnow 
But the guy was cool and followed me onto the Cal Expo exit and I gave him a thumbs up 
Im hoping he saw my I-club sticker...
