Yahoo vs. Gmail?

For those of you who have had both, which do you like better? Why do you prefer one over the other? Do any of you use them on your cell phones?

I don't think you can go wrong with either. I like my gmail more. bigger storage capacity and better organizing options... but I still like yahoo too. Like i said can't go wrong with either. Also Gmail has a notifier that i like to use which lets me know when I have an email when I'm not logged into gmail... And I have gmail connected to my Iphone which works well.

i use gmail primarily. i get faster responses and e-mail syncs with gmail vs. yahoo. i have both to retrieve my mail from comcast... and gmail does it faster. i use them both on my blackberry thru their own clients (i dont want to use the built-in client of the blackberry to pull the e-mails of yahoo and gmail for various reasons); and the gmail client is faster and less laggy as compared to the yahoo client.

I've been using Yahoo email since 1997. I just never felt the need to switch.

I don't have the push feature, but new emails still alert me on my iPhail within a timely manner.

Blackberry gets my emails from gmail easily. There is a gmail app, I've used it, but I like the BB feature. All emails into one basket.

I still use hotmail. Its kind of hard to leave an e-mail address after 10 or so year.

The options of gmail pwn. Folders, separation, great spam filter. Click n' drag into folders/trash, etc.

Chatting thing on other people on their emails is pretty cool too.

I used both on my G1 and my Cliq, and Gmail is always faster and less laggier than Yahoo. And it's not just because the G1 is a Google phone, Yahoo was laggy as **** on my Crackberry too

Yahoo only allows mail forwarding for a price. So weak.
Gmail allows you to setup alias' and forwarding for free.
